Feed filter to hide or neutralize gendered relationship mentions

@ciarruh Can people stop specifying Boyfriend/Husband please? Seeing these appear on my feed isn't conducive because I'm not male! I am genderless, and seeing said male specification just annoys me, because I want to engage in these without annoyance in my tone.
