@ScooterCasterNY Im struggling with the single mom & widow being shot feet away from her face & head. And then she was rendered no medical aid until EMS arrived. This is not how POLICE, fire, & EMS work. Police are trained in basic cpr & basic procedures.They didnt even have a cleared scene for the ambulance to pull up. They had to carry her 💔 This hurts. RIP 🙏😭
