App/extension to hide/block a specific person's face on social media

@IvankaNews_ I wish we had a feature to block certain faces from our feeds. If I don’t like you, I shouldn’t have to see you.

@SteveRustad1 I wish there were an app that could block that face.

I need an app that deletes other people off the app.
