Hybrid LLM coding pipeline: fast model for draft + high-accuracy model for polish

gpt 5.2 extra high just solved a coding issue for me which opus 4.5 was struggling with. for more context, opus 4.5 got like 80% of the way there on a feature i was trying to implement in my codebase, but ran into an issue near the end. gpt 5.2 was able to solve it. i think this is a pretty good workflow right now: use opus 4.5 to get the majority of a new feature done (becus of it's speed), then pass it through gpt 5.2 xhigh to clean things up and handle edge cases. though once gpt 5.2 codex comes out (which i’m assuming will be much faster than regular gpt 5.2), i’ll probably just use that on its own.
