Platform to match donated/refurbished wheelchairs and mobility aids to people in need

My son knows this homeless man who has been struggling with a broken wheelchair. My son was given a wheelchair; he and his friends funked it up and gifted it to the homeless man. Totally made him happy, he's got funky wheels to get around.
