P2P marketplace to swap leftover foreign cash for local currency

@Electromignion ohmygod it's so STUPID. i HATE that you can't just get a flat exchange. like what the fuck. i mean as a tourist it's kind of cool to have that as a souvenir. but like. also that's a bunch of money i can't actually use. AND I HATE IT.
