Outage detection + alternate support channel for GCash/digital wallet users

It's frustrating that I'm using gcash for longest time now and then suddenly poof not working anymore. I saw some tweets here saying submit a ticket but goddamn it, the problem is the loading itself, I tried to press anything necessary but if keeps on loading forever.
