Cardano onboarding & spend-path toolkit (wallet UX, merchant & repeat payments)

@withvendano Cardano is well-positioned for long-term success but first we have to survive short-term, and that's the part we're struggling with. We have a finite number of years we can sustain the current Treasury levels with on-chain activity where it is right now. The real question that everyone should be asking is, how do we survive short-term without sacrificing Cardano's first principles which are the very principles that differentiate it from other L1 chains. It's a difficult question to answer.
