Opt-in homework platform that auto-generates targeted practice sheets

@BimbleWizard up until high school homework should be opt in. it should be a “if youre struggling with this concept, heres a practice sheet you can take home to study”. things like special reports and projects can still exist, especially creative writing projects, but daily homework is cruel.
