VS Code extension to lock/manage LLM model versions and preserve context

@AnthropicAI Claude opus 4.5 is garbage. He losses context from one prompt to the next. He constantly breaks code when applying edits. I spend the entire day explaining to it what it needs to do and it still screws it up. How do I change Claude code in vs code back to sonnet 4.5? Opus 4.5 is a downgrade IDC what the benchmarks say. I am giving you direct feedback of how it performa in practical application. Claude opus 4.5 sucks.
