Here's the problem with crowd-sourced validation. You're getting feedback from the wrong people. Getting 50 randos to comment on your SaaS idea doesn't tell you if your actual target customer, the VP of Marketing at a Series B startup, would buy it. It tells you what internet strangers with 30 seconds to spare think. Which is close to worthless. Real validation isn't about collecting more opinions. It's about testing against the right psychology. If you're building for enterprise buyers, you need to know how they think. What makes them skeptical. What builds trust. What objections surface before they sign. How they evaluate risk. You don't get that from a vibe-coded feedback app, X or reddit. You get it from understanding your ideal customer profile at a behavioural level. Demographics tell you who to target. Psychology tells you how they'll react. Feedback from randos gives you neither. The best founders don't ask "will people like this?" They ask "will my specific target customer see enough value to overcome their natural skepticism and switch from their current solution?" That's a precise question. And it requires precise validation.
