Guided app for managing and preventing recurrent joint dislocations

i wish i even knew what happened to it?? like it dislocates often, breakdancer’s curse, so i know how to put it back in and carry on with my day that’s all fine,, but this time it fully POPPED???? all i was doing was walking down the damn stairs why is it like this
