Consent-first meeting recorder with live transcription and collaborative notes fallback

He insisted that I didn't need it and that he has the right to refuse to be recorded. Makes my life harder... I had to scramble with a my notes to discuss the changes with my manager and I'm still waiting for this guy's updates. Why are people like this?
