In-store staff app for real-time competitor price & stock comparison

FML, my phone screen broke today, annoying because running a business is pretty much impossible to do without it so I had to buy one immediately. I went in to @tescomobile looking for a new Apple iPhone 17 pro. Asked the young lad at the counter, he went out back to get one and scanned it to tell me the price, I said are you sure that's right it's £100 cheaper in Argos (I think he scanned a 17 pro max but couldn't see). His response was "We aren't really the best place to buy phones from!" 😳 Needless to say, I drove 5 minutes down the road to @Argos_Online and had an iPhone 17 pro in my hand within 2 minutes of entering the shop! I know the profit isn't massive on Apple products but Tesco missed out on £1099.
