As an Igbo woman, let me say something we rarely want to admit: If the East separated from Nigeria today, Igbos would struggle more than we think. Not because we lack brilliance, but because: •Yorubas are the largest buyers of Igbo products. •The North drives the agriculture that feeds everyone, including us. •Our own South East leaders have not built the industries, infrastructure, or stability needed for self sufficiency. Before we shout ‘divide Nigeria,’ we must ask ourselves: What have our governors, senators, and Igbo elites DONE for Igboland? What accountability are we demanding? Because instead of fixing our region, we spend too much time putting mouth inside Lagos politics as if that will fix the roads, industries, schools and security in the East. Truth is, we are too quick to point fingers outward, but very slow to hold our OWN leaders responsible. We can’t build a new country on emotion. We build it with structure, governance, and long term planning. I love my people deeply. But if we want a better future, we must start with this question: What are we fixing in Igboland TODAY? Because if we don’t fix home first, independence or no independence we will still face the same problems in a new name. Thank you so much @Iamjaneezy
