@D34thcoil @GeorgeSelgin @antemodernist Is it realistic to buy a house without credit? Can someone build credit without first responsibly managing a high interest line of credit? If you do not address these two specific questions then you are being dishonest. You should probably also look up swarthy as a refresher.
