Directory for discoverable agentic configs with one-command install

@agentic_james @thdxr I’m solving discoverability of agentic configs not this context issue in particular So if someone could make a config that installs the ideal setup to solve the context issue, they can publish on the directory and ppl can install in 1 command I’m going to index things from GitHub directly so not everything on the directory needs the author to publish directly
