In-app 'virtual branch' to resolve simple banking issues without branch visits

SBI really needs to work on their customer care and app experience. Every issue ends with ‘please visit your branch’, even for simple things. Hoping they improve the support process soon because it’s getting really difficult for customers. @TheOfficialSBI @OfficialSBICare
