'Purge Day' app — guided physical & mental reset events

Some days I wish we had a purge day in real life but then sometimes I really don't.. Just been one of those stressful days for me today, not really been able to really wind down until now. All good nonetheless, tomorrow's a new day and all that marlaky. As Tom Hanks once said in general about problems, desires etc; This too will pass. It predates apparently all the way originating from Persian folklore and used in tales by King Solomon and Abraham Lincoln.
