Fallback/manual verification service for data archive downloads

I want to clarify that the issue occurs regardless of the verification method.When attempting to download my data archive, the process fails at the verification step even when email verification is selected (not SMS). After password confirmation and selecting email verification, the system enters a loop and then returns a “Something went wrong. Try reloading” error. Because the failure occurs with email verification as well, removing my phone number would not resolve the issue and could affect account security. The problem appears to be a backend verification failure specific to the data archive process.I am requesting assistance with manual verification or an alternative method to access my data archive.
