Crowdsourced speed-limit correction & mapping service for vehicles

@elonmusk @DevinOlsenn I just want it to know the speed limit. It is wrong a lot where I live and there’s no way to adjust it. You need better map data or the vehicles need to be able to remember. It’s now the only reason I disengage, but it happens a lot because I can no longer adjust the speed.
