Mood-aware distraction manager that blocks harmful distractions and preserves creative ones

@easoncxz @cavi_jointleman some distractions are good (ex: randomly got a new idea for an app I want to develop) so I want to still have those and have space for them, the distractions I mentioned in the previous tweet I'd be more than fine without them :P
