AI bill-cutting agent that detects subscriptions and auto-switches to cheaper plans

Could someone please build me a bill-cutting AI agent that trawls my bank transactions, spots subscriptions and household bills where I’m being rinsed for staying loyal, checks if the same service is cheaper either with the same provider or somewhere else, and switches me to a better deal automatically, only bothering me when a call or approval is needed.
