@swiftlycourtney @FedEx @taylornation13 @taylorswift13 @UMG this happened to me, and fedex was absolutely no help what so ever. they basically said they can't do anything and had to contact UMG. They need to cut ties with Fedex because this is ridiculous. Now i won't be able to get my sweaters because they're all out of stock. FU FEDEX
