Predictive nozzle life & leak-detection platform for reusable rocket engines

@Friendship718 @booster_10 2, evident by R314 flying 3 times aka going through 2 cycles, on the third flight (2nd cycle) its nozzle was STRUGGLING with numerous regen leaks, its amazing the nozzle held on, but a 3 cycle seams pretty likely to be a cut off point before its too weak
