Dispute-resolution & negotiation platform to prevent healthcare strikes

Another resident doctors strike in England comes to an end. The NHS got through for now but the damage is real in delayed surgery and clinics, and so many training events cancelled. The issues are real - but there must be a better way to resolve it than constant striking.
