Exchange T&C analyzer for crypto transfers

Okay so I received my full Monad allocation on Coinbase. That's great, but I now have a problem: I want to deploy the tokens on Monad dApps and not just leave them sitting in my Coinbase account (why would I?). Question for @coinbase: Does transferring the tokens out to self-custody wallet constitute a "sale" or "conversion" under the terms and conditions? I want good karma for future ICOs, but it would be a shame if that meant I had to leave the tokens just sitting in my Coinbase account
