How diabolical do you have to be to push everyone on electric cars, appliances, pool heaters and heating units, knowing the California electric companies are going to keep raising rates to record levels. Even if you’re the most Trump-hating, open border supporting liberal outside of California, you DO NOT want this guy running (ruining) your country.
