Direct engineering feedback loop: route public community reports to engineers

@nummanali @bcherny The reason X wins isn't just "vibes"; it's the Engineering Feedback Loop. When you post a bug or a feature request here, the person who actually wrote the code sees it. In a private Discord, that feedback usually dies in a "community manager" bottleneck. We are effectively doing QA in real-time with the architect.
