GUI client for Claude Code with session context management

@_catwu Hi Cat, thank you so much for that! It seems that Claude Code Desktop does not handle context updating /wrapping the way Claude CLI does. Are you planning to add this feature? I had a long session with the desktop version, and at the end, the chat window was very slow!
