Automated persuasive briefing/slide-deck builder for defense policy

@johnkonrad @US_TRANSCOM For keeping CA refineries open, you or someone should create a powerpoint slidedeck that starts with pictures of our B-24s attacking the Ploesti, Romania oil refineries in WW2 in Operation Tidalwave and and pictures of the 5 Medals of Honor awardees that this mission produced. Why? Because the CA and west coast Democrats have done a peacetime Operation Tidalwave with much more success than the USAAF at Ploesti without ever dropping a bomb. This will let @SecWar and his service chiefs see what the baseline is and how damaging the CA and west coast Demtards have done to our military POL supplies. And letting them wonder what medals Xi would award them for carrying out such a successful mission in peacetime in service to the CCP.
