Start-of-round-only matchmaking option

Ohhhh nooo you didn’t get dropped on top of the place you want to go, so let’s handicap the game to prevent this edge case from occurring. Truth is if you add this feature then everyone will use it, in which case you may as well just cut the time on the map to 10 minutes because once the lobby gets cleared out no new players will join. End of story. This would be a mint pickers wet dream and erode away gameplay enjoyment for PvPers.
