Detect synthetic vs. organic crypto token price action

@IOHK_Charles Public needs an app that can identify whether a token's market price-action is organic versus synthetic. Synthetic refers to exchange's computer trading algos used to run bid/ask. An app like this would be a great public service as many exchanges are suppressing token prices.
