Automated airline refund & customer-service escalation assistant

I am SOOOO frustrated with @SouthwestAir. On hold for 2 hours, I got hung up on. First lady was incredibly rude, made me wait a whole another hour to be hung up on. Person on the FB chat here is ghosting me. They have $955 of my money just “pending” yet blame my bank….
