Ephemeral venting app with guided grounding and AI reframe

I hate dealing with rude people. When I made a complaint the cashier doubled down on the initial rudeness and accused me of lying. So that’s what happened at the grocery store today. But what I’m really upset about is that I’m spiraling down over this simple meaningless interaction. And it happens so fast. I love the two mile walk to this store. On the way home I hated this walk. I hate all the painful memories this brought up. And I hate that I’m tweeting about this experience. But it’s better than venting to my partner, friend or family. I’ll probably delete this post. Ugggh. And I WAS in a very good mood!!!!
