Java dependency compatibility checker & automatic resolver

The Java community's unprofessional lack of discipline in enforcing major-version backwards compatibility is why managing dependencies in their ecosystem is hell. I spend far more time trying to get dependencies to work than I do actual coding. I hate dealing with Java, even though the language itself is fine.
