Why is it so hard to talk to a HUMAN at @FedExCanada?? I don’t need a robot, I need a person. This beyond frustrating. Ya’ll can’t demand money, make it impossible to pay, and then give us a fucking UNHELPFUL ROBOT WHEN THE PAYMENT IS PAST DUE AT YOUR FAULT.
