Telehealth + remote oximetry platform to streamline supplemental oxygen prescriptions

WHY is it SO hard to get life-saving equipment prescribed for my sister? She needs supplemental oxygen, and I have to drive 4 times, 67 miles round trip for a sleep study?? And then another 60+ miles for a "6 minute walk test"? And then another 60 miles round trip to her pulmonologist? (that's over the next month! And into NEXT YEAR?) I will do it because I love her but talk about a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I have an oximeter HERE and when I took her oxygen, while she was laying down, it was 80!!!!! That's 12 lower than the lowest! She sat up and it went up, but I already have her propped up with a back pillow (like a wedge) and 3 more pillows and it still plummets. I'm livid over this bullshit. Why??? WHY does it take all these HOOPS to jump through to get life saving equipment?? So basically she won't get supplemental oxygen until FEBRUARY. By that time half her BRAIN will be dead from lack of oxygen. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
