Guided feedback reflection app

I've just seen two posts by people who have been struggling with hurtful comments. 1) To the person making negative comments - the Law of Restoration is real and valid. What you send out will come back to you. 2) To the person receiving negative comments. Gordon B. Hinckley said, "I take praise and criticism the same way. I don't pay much attention to either." I love that practice! I have learned to filter both praise and criticism through the Holy Ghost by asking, "What about this is true?" With that filter, I can move forward with actionable knowledge gained from a vertical source.
