Automated context and cleanup manager for AI agents

Anyone else find that agents eventually end up creating endless temporary scripts and .md files and must constantly be reminded to do "clean-ups" It was great when context engineering became a thing, but, there must be a better way to handle this now? (FWIW, Antigravity seems to be doing a decent job with this type of context building.) Am I wrong?
