Tool to organize and manage interesting Twitter content

The first couple of days on Twitter are behind me. A few impressions: 🔥 Amazed by the number of incredibly skilled people here. 🔥 A goldmine of knowledge & endless inspiration. 😵 Struggling to organize all the interesting content I find (so many great posts!) 👉 Any tips for managing this better?
