SimplePractice-to-QuickBooks payments sync with insurance write-off handling

Whoever decided that @simplepractice should not sync to Quickbooks (and there's no good way to find payments) must hate bookkeepers. Each payment has to be split out to account for insurance write offs, but I have to dig to find them.
