Marketplace/matcher to obtain rare 'epic' versions of under-collected favorites

i need an easier way to get epics for my favs who NO one collects, i am the only person with a badge, they’ve never been on the market and i have shiny so i can’t even hope for an epic or lyrics (they’re also not in the map pool)
