Hon’ble @nsitharaman ji & @narendramodi ji, Kindly consider introducing a @MCA21India CLSS-type relief/amnesty scheme for delayed corporate filings. Many small companies, LLPs & professionals are struggling with high additional fees. Various government departments have already introduced amnesty schemes — kindly do not deprive MCA stakeholders of the same relief. A one-time compliance window will greatly help improve governance.
