Matching platform for younger adults with complex medical needs to find bespoke care

he'd had a major stroke. This was many years ago. Why is there not better, and more bespoke care for younger people with high medical needs? We've had time to work on the problem. Why is this still a problem for those that don't fit a demographic? 3/
