Automated lost-parcel claims & dispute resolution service

@Dpd_uk_couriers I am beyond frustrated with DPD. I paid to send a parcel from the UK to Ireland, and for no reason whatsoever, they sent it back to me. I was promised a refund, but now they are flat-out refusing to give me my money back. This is unacceptable and feels like theft.
