App to log/handle unauthorized discount requests and pushy solicitors

@LuckytheBard @TheOnlyDSC I dont blame him. I work in retail and i hate dealing with them. Always, always requesting discounts even though it is a charity store and our policy on not haggling with staff for discounts is written on a big sign behind the cash register. Doesn't stop them, absolutely shameless.
