Automated client progress notifications for photo & video projects

#Tech side of X… Is there an app out there that allows customer notifications for progress made with their photo and video projects? Similar to how Amazon will notify “Order Made” “Package is on the way!” “Order Delivered” I would love an app that we could automate or manually send out notifications “Your edit has begun” “Your editor is coloring your video” “Your video has been uploaded!”
