Live camera assistant that analyzes feed and recommends/auto-adjusts settings

@assertchris @elgato I wish there were a tool that you could install on your computer to somehow interpret the camera input and let you know when it's the "best". I find myself constantly playing with the settings, and never being happy with the results.
