Context tracker that maps and summarizes work per tab/window/terminal

With all the context switching we do when running multiple parallel and sometime unrelated tasks agents/tabs/terminal etc.. I wish there was a tool that can track the context on each and give me an overview of what this tab or window are we working with here.
